Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Amaya Langdale 5* 2024-2025 Sri Lanka, Nuwara Eliya

+: The location could not be more perfect. A gorgeous cottage right in the middle tea fields, you could not ask for a better way to experience the Nuwara Eliya Nanu Oya hill country. The staff were exceptional in theory professionalism and friendliness. The fppd was exquisite. And the view will be forever seared into my memory as what heaven might look like. If you manage to pull yourself away from the delights of the cottage, the Somerset Tea Factory tour was absolutely exceptional. My friend had already been on a tea factory tour and for me the trip was really perfunctory (when in Rome) but it was absolutely fascinating, I learned so much. I could not recommend it more. A top tea-er experience!!

+: Location, staff, room, quality of the service and the old britidh style of the hotel. Tea plantation tracks, and the view from the hotel

-: Breakfast and dinner set menu options were very limited. Also I think meal prices were expensive. I would prefer to eat in restaurants at city center. Breakfast meal size could be improved.

+: We really enjoyed our stay at Langdale due to the sheer beauty of the views and the exceptional quality of service extended by their very friendly staff. The food was also incredible.

-: Prix très excessif par rapport a la taille de la chambre, l’amateurisme du service et la qualité de la restauration. Il est tout à fait compréhensible que des standards européens ne s’appliquent pas à ce type d’établissement. Mais dans ce cas, on ne facture pas plus de 350€ la nuitée et plus de 30€ le repas (hors boisson) pour une assiette convenable maïs très sommaire.

+: Beautiful hotel with well maintained rooms and premises. The hospitality and service standards were impeccable. The staff were friendly, thoughtful and attentive to all our needs and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. A huge thank you to Saif, Anoj, Kevin and Hussein.

+: Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage des Hotels umgeben von herrlichen Teeplantagen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Zimmer sehr schön, die Betten waren sehr bequem. WLAN war gut. Kostenfrei hat man die Möglichkeit Schach, Badminton oder Minigolf zu spielen. Das Hotel hat uns auch eine kleine kostenfreie Wanderroute durch die Teeplantage empfohlen, welche ich absolut empfehlen kann. Das Personal ist sehr jung, aber immer bemüht und zuvorkommend. Hier würde sicher etwas mehr Erfahrung helfen.

-: Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts die Sauna defekt, so dass wir dieses nicht nutzen konnten. Des Weiteren war in der Dusche unseres Badezimmers Schimmel in den Fugen.
