+: Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich.Es gibt eine Duschkabine! Das Badzimmer war somit nicht ständig nass, es war sauber! Das Duschgel war hochwertig und roch sehr gut 👍

-: Die Fotos sind sehr gut gemacht, der Pool ist viel kleiner als auf den Fotos. Ich fand den Preis zu teuer für das was geboten wurde. Auch das Essen war mir zu teuer.Unser Zimmerfenster zeigte zum Resteraunt also haben wir immer den Vorhang zugezogen, das hat es allerdings sehr dunkel gemacht.Das Frühstück war hat mir nicht so geschmeckt. Der Preisklasse nicht entsprechend. Es gab sehr viele Moskitos - hier könnten Räucherstäbchen vom Personal angezündet werden.

+: Situated alongside the canal with close connections to shops, bars and the beach. The rooms are of a good size and the staff very attentive.

-: Currently undergoing a bit of construction so we didn't have access to the pool. The balcony is also very overlooked so not much privacy.

-: The hotel is under construction. Would have liked to know this before we went. As the terrace around the pool was under construction, we did not feel comfortable to go for a swim. The room was quite nice but noise from the construction in the morning . The bathroom was quite clean.

+: Very nice staff and nice room. We arrived early but were able to enter the room which was really nice after a long overnight flight. Nice breakfast. Spa facilities were great.

+: They help you with everything. Very flexible. Good communication (flight delayed but still made sure someone could pick us up). Delicious food. Massages were also top.
