The hotel is just a 15-minute drive to Negombo Lagoon, while Bandaranaike International Airport is conveniently a 20-minute drive away. Colombo city can be reached with a 40-minute drive, and a 90-minute drive will bring guests to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.

+: Location is good, food is great and 5 star for staff.Hiran helped us a lot with all the formalities for getting our visa approved. Thanks to all the staff members for the hospitality they showed during out visit.

-: This was an L1 certified hotel, many amenities were restricted, there were few guests. This should not be considered negative as such restrictions were undoubtedly necessary. Wishing the hotel and its wonderful staff all the best for the future.

-: Man merkt, dass hier eineinhalb Jahre niemand gewohnt hat. Schimmelflecken im Zimmer. Fußballgroße Löcher im Stuhlgeflecht. (Warum stehen die noch auf der Terasse?) Mobilar und baulicher Zustand entsprechen nicht dem hohen Preis. Wir mussten ein Level 1 Hotel buchen um dort das Ergebnis des PCR Tests abzuwarten. Ein paar Tage vorher wurde dieser abgeschafft. Wir wurden gezwungen eine "Covid 19 Incurance" für je 12.00 $ abzuschließen. Dazu eine Admin Fee von 25 $. Für was? Die Unterlagen für diese Insurance haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten.

-: I spent one night in this hotel on August 2021.The stay was horrible and unpleasant. The room was extremely high priced compared to the other hotels and given facilities.The room was dirty and the electric items were not functioning.Toilet and the bathroom was a catastrophe, unhygienic and there was no soap, shampoo anything other than towels.Telephone was not functioning and wifi connection was very bad.There was a attractive food catalog, but they could not be found in the Hotel.

-: Staff dint know the covid rules change. End of the day I could not stay their and left a day early and booked in on an other hotel.

+: We put in a request to have some different dinner outside of the set menu, which was provided and very nice.
-: The room: door did not close: needed to be locked each time. Bathroom had no shower curtain so whole bathroom was wet. Fan did not work and had to be repaired. Toilet was temporarily blocked. On arrival the staff were not aware that we had paid some of our bills already and wanted to charge again.
