-: there was a power shut down which start at 12 in mid night, I had a long flight next morning and I could not sleep at all, power restore at 5:30 in morning, my room was like over during that time, when I went to front desk for my check out, the man was really rude, I did not ask for any apologies for this incident , I just said you are clear to check out, really a night mare for me, I have stayed in Kingburry during all my visits to Colombo, but I did a big mistake to stay in Cinnamon lake , specially staff is really rude. I was expecting good behavior, I was staying in Executive room, but I did not get the treatment I was looking for after the power shut down incident.
