-: Room view is notso great. The lagoon view is completely blocked by araliya tree. Also the lagoon has debris not cleaned. The outdoor space is not well maintained. Such a waste of natural beauty.

-: No customer care No accommodation for personal driver Refused for extra tea room soon after checking. No safety on our bags as it was unlocked kept in the entrance and staff charge. No response person was available to speak and No GM heard RM is managing but not to seen . Angry restaurant manager as we claim for a extra tea to room As we have stayed in this hotel many times found surprised of management at present The staff must be trained to work on international level
