+: love the look and feel of the hotel with amazing furniture selection and the bathrooms are super luxury upgrades.

-: Breakfast ok but limited choice and the food was cold, the room was tried and desperately needs updating, Bed sheet had holes and stains on them, Balcony was not suitable to sit out on the furniture was broken and rotten, only had one evening meal in the hotel, ate out evening, oasis was a great dinner and tikka the owner is great, a definite visit if you in the area

-: Hôtel isolé et dès qu’on en sort les locaux qui convoitent notre argent nous tombent dessus. L’accueil était minable avec une réceptionniste sans sourire qui n’a même pas terminé le check in et est partie retrouver des amis… Il a fallu demander une table propre pour prendre un dîner très cher, le plus cher de l’île (3000Rs !) et surtout très mauvais digne d’une cantine…. Le petit-déjeuner inclus dans notre réservation était tout aussi digne d’une cantine bon marché, le personnel du restaurant a qui j’ai demandé si je devais payer le dîner avant ou après, il m’a répondu après… Pendant le repas la note a été déposée… Un serveur est venue récupérer alors qu’on n’avait pas encore mis l’argent à disposition, puis et le premier serveur mal poli est venu m’ennuyer en plein repas pour que je le paye… C’est un club pour clients friands de tout inclus avec animations ringardes, mais sans clients c’est encore plus pathétique ! La propreté laissait à désirer autant dans les communs que dans la chambre. Et l’hôtel est mal entretenu. Le prix est vraiment excessif pour l’ensemble de cette prestation au rabais….

+: This hotel has to be improved a lot & I really sorry about the staff & they also really helpless due to bad management

-: The breakfast was such a useless & not worth for the money we spent on 3 nights stay & it’s just called a proper buffet & it was almost like a normal food that u get from Sri Lanka restaurant where u find in the street

+: Nichts, als wir ankamen sah es aus wie ein Geisterhotel! Aussicht und Lage am Meer ist OKEY, Rest grauenhaft.

-: Das Hotel ist total runtergekommen, schmutzig, streuende Hunde laufen durch das Hotel,, Personal spricht kaum Englisch und ist nicht ausgebildet. Bar und Spa, etc. geschlossen. Insgesamt waren nur 5 Zimmer belegt. Speisekarte war groß, doch es gab kaum etwas. Besser wäre eine aktuelle Tageskarte anzubieten, etc. . Andere Hotels, die ebenfalls durch die Pandemie leiden sind viel besser in Schuss. Das Hotel kann man niemanden mehr anbieten
