+: Great location, very comfortable bed. Extra large bedroom with an enormous modern bathroom and a bonus kitchen. The photos don't do this property justice. Great value for the money. We were able to hire a scooter from the property.

+: Really nice place, amazing value. Cheap tuktuk away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Unawatuna is my favourite part of Sri Lanka. Pool is super clean and as photographed. We came here after a bad experience elsewhere and were so glad we did. We also stayed at a "4 star hotel" in Wadduwa that was more than twice the price. Everything about this place, from the rooms, to the pool and the food was so much better. The only small thing is the location, but honestly, it doesn't matter. You could go to the beach twice every day with the money you save staying here and still save money.

+: Nice location quiet and only a tuk tuk ride away from the beach and main road with restaurants and shops

-: We loved the place! Only thing I would suggest would be soft cushions for the sun loungers xx

+: Nice, cozy and quit place, jungles around so early morning you'll see monkeys jumping on the trees and hear tropical birds. This is really nice place to stay for a long time. Yes it's far away from the beach and main road however 15-20 minutes walking there through the village will bring positive emotions since you'll meet friendly locals, animals (varan, monkeys, chipmunks and peacocks) - so not an issue at all. Apart of that Hosts offer money exchange, taxi and cafe services, excursions, bike for rent. There is also a very good swimming pool, clean and quite big to have a rest in the evening. Room: our apartment was big, clean and comfortable to live in - there were two beds, huge bathroom, TV, air conditioner and fans. There was also a kitchen with needed equipment. Everything worked as expected.

+: The staff were very friendly and accommodating on our trip. The pool is very nice and clean. Breakfast was perfect. They provided bike rental service, tuk tuk and laundry when needed. Overall a lovely stay and great value for money.

+: Lækkert, rent og stort værelselejlighed med eget køkken og altan. Lækker pool og smuk omkringliggende natur. Her kan man bo i mange nætter. Vær opmærksom på at værterne har to matrikler hvoraf den ene er med poolen, men at man har ret til at benytte poolen ligegyldigt hvilken matrikel man bor på.

-: Beliggenheden er et stykke væk fra byen og af en vej, som ikke lige er til at tage på gå-tur. Det kræver tuktuk eller scooter at kommer frem og tilbage fra strand og byen til hotellet.

+: Family run business. Very helpful and accommodating.
