-: لم يعجبني الفندق من كل النواحي غرف ضيقه والسرير غير مريح والأغطيه قديمة ومستهلكه والمناشف مهترئه وغير صحيه والأكل سئ وقليل وغير متنوع واالافطار غير مكتمل القهوه غير موجوده والحليب غير متوفر وخدمات الغرف بطيئه وغير مؤهله والثلاجه غير صالحه الحمام سئ وألادوات الصحيه غير موجوده في الحمام وسليبر غير موجود تجربتنا كانت سيئه للغايه مع الفندق لا يستحق نجمة للأسف

-: I booked this hotel for 3 nights. the service is not acceptable. Hygienic standards is very low of this hotel. they offered so dirty accommodation to my driver. look like they don’t like the company never need only money.front staff attitude towards local were very low quality. Manager was hidden when there was problem.ATTACHED PICTURE OF THERE STAFF ACCOMMODATION AND WHAT THEY OFFERED FIR MY GUIDE.PLEASE TAKE CARE YOUR STAFF AND SUPPLIERS.
