+: The entire experience was amazing. Everything was so well curated, from the entry drinks to the welcome foot cleansing rituals to the entire facility on its own. This was one of the best experiences we have had while travelling! The service was immaculate, the personalised butler assigned to us namely Nalinka was an absolute sweetheart and made our stay 10x more comfortable and elevated the overall experience. He made sure we felt at home and ensured we were most comfortable during our entire stay! If you do end up going do make sure Nalinka is your serverbutler for the stay you won’t regret it!

+: Size of the property 8 private villas. All secluded self contained but spacious and good outside seating.

+: Ein sehr kleines Resort, dass kaum Wünsche offen lässt.Wir hatten die größte Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern.Toller Ausblick, sehr gute Ausstattung, 24h Buttlerservice (je Villa ist ein Buttler zugeteilt der wirklich für alles zuständig ist: Kellner im Restaurant, bringt sämtliches Essen in die Villa, Check-in-out etc).Wunderbar ruhig mittens in der Wildnis.Unglaublich hübsches Outdoor-Badezimmer.Essen ist vorzüglich. Wir hatten B&B - Frühstück ist von 7:00-23:00 inkludiert ;) Ganze Anlage tiptop gepflegt und sauber.Gesamtes Personal sehr aufmerksam und herzlich freundlich.Großes Danke an Gayan, unseren Buttler, der sich um uns 100%ig gekümmert hat - you did a great job 👍Rund um gelungenes Resort mit sehr viel Privatsphäre weit am vom Trubel!

-: Dusche im Poolbereich wäre noch ideal.Obwohl es sich um einen Privatbereich rund um die Villa handelt und sich hier maximal das Personal antreffen lässt, wäre es schön, wenn die Zugänge eine Türe hätten um den eintretenden Gärtner, Poolboy (für mehrmals täglich frische Handtücher) etc. vorab zu bemerken.Es ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau aber das ist wirklich das Einzige, dass ich für Verbesserungsvorschläge erachten würde.

+: This place was a dream! No reception, no check-in, everything is set up to make you feel in paradise as soon as you arrive. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Special mention to Dumindu. He made our stay spectacular! He was so professional, helpful, friendly, polite and attentive to our needs. The food.. just incredible! The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. We had monkeys just in front of our bedroom. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and the SPA and will come back for sure!
