+: There are so many good things about this place. Place is clean. Rooms are well arranged and spacious. The staff is amazing, especially the catering staff. We used breakfast and dinner buffet while staying there. Nobert was very helpful and accommodating. He connected with my toddler and made sure that he was comfortable throughout dinning. Shanmu (chef) took special care of us. He was very attentive and made sure that our needs were met. The hotel is located in the middle of a tea estate. We walked through the tea estate and visited the tea factory. Staff there gave us a tour about tea processing. I highly recommend this place to visit for the vacation with your family.

+: Location and surrounding were breathtaking. We stayed at top floor and enjoyed the view from our rooms. If you have time, walk on the grounds for fresh air and visit the garden on the slopes.The mini factory tour was informative and interesting. The staff was courteous, warm and polite. The Chef helped us deal with dietary requirements in our group with gluten free and vegan meals.

+: Truly exceptional service. Every member of staff down to the "trainees" in the restaurant were incredibly warm and attentive. I stayed with my Mum and every member of staff seemed to go above and beyond to ensure we were constantly greeted with a smile and cared for. This was our favourite hotel to stay at in Sri Lanka.

+: Das Hotel liegt wunderbar und ruhig in den Teeplantagen. Das Essen und auch der Service war super. Alle waren extrem freundlich. Einzig die Anfahrt ist recht abenteuerlich: eine schmale Straße, mit vielen Löchern und Kurven. Allerdings nur die letzten 3 Km.
