+: Le personnel était très serviable et gentil.Hôtel très bien placé.Chambre avec un lit très confortable et une belle piscine pour se refroidir des chaudes journées.Que du bon à dire!

+: Second time here and everything was great, stayed only for a night this time. One of the better stays in Kandy, I can guarantee. Housed in a legacy building and centrally located. On the main road but once you close the balcony doors, you wouldn’t notice the noise downstairs much.

-: The food was a bit off this time, especially the devilled chicken. :(

+: - climatisation fonctionne parfaitement - Petit déjeuner correct (sri lankais ou English) mais obligé de demander la veille pour le sri lankais sauf qu’on ne nous avait pas prévenu - Possibilité de payer en carte sans frais - Localisation au centre de Kandy - Wifi très bien - grand lit confortable - Salle de bain très bien

-: - Moisi sur les murs et odeurs extrêmement désagréable - hotel tres bruyant - Ascenseur d’un ancien temps pouvant être dangereux avec des enfants - Singe sur les balcons impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtre

+: Service was wonderful. If you are self driving, hotel staff will help you get your vehicle out onto the busy road. Room was quite big with a small balcony. Despite the noise on the street, we didn't hear any of it overnight from our fifth floor room. Pool was a nice oasis in the middle of the city.

+: The pool was beautiful, was great to jump in after a day in the city. The security man out the front was the best! He always made sure our tuk tuks were safe.Very good location

+: Big comfortable rooms, outstanding service and hospitality standards, special thanks to Saman for going above and beyond in ensuring that my stay was super comfortable. Also, Raaziq was always helpful and polite. Despite being off season, they took very good care of me. Bang in the middle of the city, Cargills Supermart is next door, all major restaurants walking distance, as well as the tooth relic temple, and I had a clear view of the Buddha Statue from my balcony. Yes it’s an old building but you need to be able to appreciate such legacy buildings. The pool was well maintained throughout. Last but not the least, everything I ate at the Hotel restaurant was just fantastic. I strongly recommend staying here. My only regret being I couldn’t come back for a second round of stay due to change in my itinerary.

-: Wifi was weak initially but was fixed by Saman right away. As I said, it’s an old property so manage your expectations accordingly. There’s dampness in rooms but that’s almost everywhere in Kandy, but it wasn’t a problem for me.
