+: We really liked the location, garden was so beautiful and we spent the day walking here and there in the garden and it was very pleasant. Restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful, they are seemed to well trained and know there job. I must say food is very tasty and well presented
-: • no menu card to be found in the room • no spoons to make tea in the room • no coffee available in the room only tea and sugar were Available • they have mentioned about mini golf but when I asked them I was told we can’t use it because the golf was not maintained, it was very very disappointing. • service desk employees were not really very much helpful, most the rooms facing the lawn were non occupied, but we were given the worst possible room located in the corner. • most of the activities they mention in the website are not available. • hot water available only for a short time during the day • no cable tv in the room, only local channels, but not a single channel is clear • during power cuts expect dark hours no generators
