+: The breakfast was fantastic and the highlight of our stay. The staff were exceptional in their friendliness and service. Your reception staff, Rajevan, stood out as a friendly and caring host.

+: Staff was excellent and very friendly. Location is great. Nice breakfast.

-: Toilet’s are clean but due to the floor tiles they used it does not look clean.

+: We spent 3 nights at the Hertiage Hotel and had the best time. The facilities are outstanding, the staff is super nice. Breakfast is superb. Having access to a pool in the heat of Jaffna is priceless. Great vegetarian food options around the corner. Rios Ice Cream is loved by locals and you should try it as well.

+: Het verblijf was erg fijn, het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en super vriendelijk. Een thuis gevoel. De Ganesh bij de ingang is ook erg mooi. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de grote tempel. Het zwembad zorgde voor verkoeling, wat zeker in maart een uitkomst is. Het ontbijt Sri Lankaans en Westers kan je zelf kiezen bij het buffet. Alles goed verzorgd en een uitgebreid ontbijt. Je kan als je wilt ook in de avond wat eten, kan je dan doorgeven. En anders zitten er nog 2 restaurants vlakbij. Onze was er ook laten doen. Ze kunnen ook voor vervoer regelen of uitstapjes. We komen zeker bij dit hotel terug. Top!

+: Hôtel calme à côté de la rue mais ça ne dérange pas.Chambre spacieuse, agréable et propre. Personnel gentil et discret.Piscine assez petite mais seule c'était agréable. Près du temple, du centre et de la gare ferroviaire.

-: Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'on me reveille juste pour prendre le petit-déjeuner.
