-: Lots of staff aimlessly waiting around the reception area, there was nobody out the front to help offload bags from the vehicle. When inside, there was nobody there to greet for check in, no warm welcome. We stood around helplessly for 10 minutes before somebody served us. The hotel was quiet, despite that we were given a bad room with no view when we had booked a room with sea view. Very overpriced for what it's worth!! Worst hotel I've stayed in Sri Lanka, don't recommend

-: Wir haben das Hotel als Transferhotel für eine Nacht gebucht, um früh am Flughafen sein zu können und waren sehr froh am nächsten Tag wieder abreisen zu können.Das Hotel ist das Geld leider wirklich nicht wert. Sehr heruntergekommen, die Bilder sind sehr veraltet, es war überall feucht (kann in der Regenzeit natürlich sein), aber es hat auch modrig gerochen. Wir haben uns 3 verschiedene Zimmer angeschaut und dann das mit dem am ehesten tolerierbaren Geruch genommen. Alle Sachen (Bettdecke, Bettlaken, etc.) sind feucht und riechen modrig. Die eigenen Sachen werden leider auch feucht. Für den Preis leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
