+: Stanza grande, letti cimodi, acqua calda, personale professionale

-: La stanza non ha la minima cura dei dettagli: asciugamani piccolissimi, nessun prodotto per la doccia, tv non funzionante. Cena inclusa solo per il cibo, devi pagarti le bevande. Colazione ok ma se chiedi prodotti non piccanti, non ti ascoltano.

+: לכל הישראלים למרות שהמלון נמצא במרכז ״קנדי״ בערב מפחיד לצאת מהמלון המלון מלוכלך התקלחנו עם כפכפים סדין מלוכלך אוכל גם ככה אין מה שאנחנו מכירים וגם זוועה

-: ההתייחסות ביקשנו להחליף חדר אמרו שיחזרו אלינו מהקבלה וכלום לא התקשרו ולא החליפו עזבנו את המלון ולא החזירו לנו התשלום ששולם מראש
