+: Wir wurden auf ein größeres Zimmer umgebucht, was natürlich sehr nett war. Das Frühstück wurde liebevoll im Essbereich vor dem Zimmer serviert. Die Aussicht ist mega und das Bett war bequem. Das Personal super hilfsbereit und nett. Wir durften so lange bleiben am Tag des Checkouts bis unser Zug kam und mussten nichts extra bezahlen.

-: Das Hotel wirkte, als wäre lange kein Besucher da gewesen. Unser eigentliches Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick sauber und ordentlich und dann wurden wir in das größere Zimmer ganz oben umgebucht. Hier wurde anscheinend schon länger nicht geputzt. Das Bad hat komisch gerochen und die Bodenfliesen in der Dusche waren sehr dreckig, sowie die Dusche selbst. Die Bettlaken hatten teils viele Flecken aufzuweisen, die Handtücher ebenfalls und waren sehr abgenutzt. Ein Upgrade der Sachen würde nicht schaden und würden das Hotel deutlich besser dastehen lassen. Wir hatten 3 Nächte einen Gecko und sehr viele kleine Ameisen im Zimmer, da sich die Balkontüre nicht mehr komplett schließen lässt. Außerdem müsste der vorhandene Kühlschrank auf jeden Fall auch sauber gemacht werden.

+: L’allotjament està situat a les afores de la ciutat i hi ha més tranquil•litat. No hi ha opció de sopar a l’allotjament però pots fer ús d’UberEats.

-: La nit de la nostra estada va ser molt sorollosa. De matinada s’escoltava gent d’altres habitacions cridant i fent festa. També, teníem previst pagar amb targeta de crèdit, però no va ser possible i vam haver de pagar en efectiu.

+: The location is beautiful, the room was very big and the staff is friendly.

-: Cleaning could be better - There were stains in the sheets and in the towels (even after we asked to change them). The room was full of mosquitos with no mosquito net.

+: Room and the washroom were clean and tidy. A good place to spend a night in a calm environment.

-: Triple room doesn't have a view but it was already communicated by the manager. It is not possible to find the place with google maps, we had to call the property to get the direction. Towels were not clean.
