+: Die Ausstattung war top. Das Bad sehr neu und gepflegt. Sehr schönes Chalet direkt am Fluss. Die Ayurvedische Massage war sehr gut, absolut zu empfehlen.
-: Das Frühstück war leider ein amerikanisches (Würstchen, Bacon und Omlet, was ich als Vegetarier nicht esse) aber das Personal hat schnell reagiert und uns eine sri-lankische Alternative geboten.

-: Very expensive for Ayurveda treatment. I understand that when people book via between booking.com and official site, the price is too much different. I payed AU$80 per night x3 days……. Very disappointed. Also, I was bitten on my legs 10 spots by ticks when I took Ayurveda treatment. I thought it was mosquitos…… Yoga class was not very good. The instructor was aggressive to push our bodies. We don’t have flexible body like the instructor.

+: Perfect stay at the Karanukarala Ayurveda resort, especially the Ayurveda treatment was wonderful. In the beginning, the crew told me it was fully booked, but in the end, they managed to schedule it for me. The room was big, and really clean and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there, especially to relax (recommend the yoga and meditation classes).
