-: I stayed here as I had to be in the "bio bubble" as I am unvaccinated however you are allowed to go out where you please and mix with other guests too so it doesn't make sense to have to book one of these hotels. I tried numerous times to get confirmation that a taxi was picking me up from the airport and what the details were as the manager had said someone would be there but didn't respond anymore to any email until just before I was boarding my flight which was very stressful. I had terrible sleep beds are uncomfortable and I could not stop sneezing because of dust & whenever the AC was on as it was a very old system. I had to ask for my bedding to be changed and to be provided new towels which was done on day 6 I was leaving on day 8. One member of staff was very rude to me and unprofessional. I would not stay here again.

+: The employees are very nice and friendly, like a big family. The treatments are the best ayurveda treatments we have ever had 😉 and were planned by a very competent doctor, who cared about our needs. We had several consultations where we spoke with him about the treatments.The daily treatments are done by professional therapists with many years of experience. The ayurvedic meals (buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner) are cooked by a friendly team. Most of the meals are healthy and vegan, there is no meat on the menue. The rooms are beautiful, clean and equipped with mosquito nets. The resort is a lovely place: nice pool, view to the beach, beautiful garden, … and there is Lena, a sweet squirrel which jumps from tree to tree.
