-: スタッフのサービスと態度。ダブルブッキングされたのに、謝りもせず、アップグレードしたと言いながら窓も小さく明らかに予約した部屋よりもグレードが下がっていた。他にも都合の悪いことは嘘をつく、無視して対応しないなどスタッフは本当に最悪だった
