+: The staff were friendly and courteous. The food was exceptionally good. Facilities were somewhat ok ; however could be cleaner and better maintained. There was something that looked like a fish pond with dirty and muddy water

-: Rooms There seems to be a disparity between what is advertised and what I paid for on booking.com vs what was delivered. I paid for a room to accommodate 3 people; however, what I ended up was in a room with 2 beds, 2 coffee cups, 2 shows caps. So basically what was advertised and what I paid for was a room for 3; what was provided was a room for 2. When I asked them about it; they mentioned on request they can add additional beds if needed. Not entirely clear to be if why an additional request needs to be made to obtain what was advertised and paid for in the first place. Buffet Another minor issue I had was with the dinner buffet. I was a bit late for the buffet and they told me the charges would be Sri Lanka Rs 4000 which I was happy to pay. However, once I entered the buffet area realized most of the trays were empty as it was towards the end of the day. The acceptable thing for them to have done would be not to let any more visitors into the buffet once food ran out
