-: Poor staff management, no proper security checks anyone can walkin and walkout. There was a leakage at my room , staffs don't clean rooms even after informing.

+: Staff was nice, room was well presented.

-: Room kept showing signs of condensation, on the mirrors, tv, slightly damp floor, however when reported to reception the staff was very attentive. Room was also a bit smaller than expected and the balcony was really small.

+: The Food and Location is very good.

-: House keeping staff is required to be give good training to deal and understand what guest is asking for
