+: Оборудование номеров. -: Полотенца меняют не каждый день. Пока не попросишь на рецепшн не меняют. Готовят не вкусно. Постельное бельё вообще не меняли .

+: Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, чистая и красивая территория, большой и красивый номер -: Списали деньги до приезда в отель, после приезда попросили карту для подтверждения, карты у меня с собой не было, пришлось платить ещё раз, обещали вернуть деньги на карту в течение 7 рабочих дней, вернули через 2 недели, думаю благодаря настойчивости друга моего мужа ланкийца, который звонил в отель через день, на мое письмо по электронной почте не ответили. Поэтому берите с собой карту которую указываете при бронировании отеля

+: Очень хорошее, комфортное место -: Персонал просто ужасный, забивают на все твои просьбы, номер убираю после 3-5 напоминаний. Единственна нормальная это администратор, помогла пару раз и извинялась постоянно за весь персонал

+: Жила на вилле. Шикарный красивый большой номер. Окна в пол на дворик, можно открыть и выйти. Джакузи, огромная ванная с окном во двор. Купили у рыбаков на берегу тунца прямо с улова, попросили на респешене - нам рыбу разделали, принесли гриль к номеру. Сам готовил, повора смотрели :)Пляж супер. Красивый, ровный жёлтый песочек. Лежаков не много, но нам хватило. -: Было мало гостей. В последний день вообще одни были - Не уютно. Горячая вода постоянно отключалась, но включали моментально по звонку. Завтраки не соответствуют 5* - выбор маленький. Попросили просто воды (на столах нет) , принесли бутылку, потом в счёт включили.

+: Ничего -: Очень грязное белье, полотенца, территория, еда однообразная, никакой охраны, пляжи вокруг грязные, много рыбаков и коров. Фильтры в кондее не меняли никогда. Жуть. 3*
