+: We love this resort and keep coming back. Perfect getaway for complete rest and relaxation. Great rooms, food and the premises is lovely.
-: The staff constantly nagged us to write reviews on trip advisor. It got tiring after a while. In one day almost 5 different staff were nagging us for this and then the manager upon check out. I suggest only ask guests once upon check out.

+: 1 front desk officer was very helpful and buffet servers too. Bed was comfortable Beautiful beach view from our room. Food was good but less options.
-: Toilet seat was Soo dirty cuz of it's stain.It was truly disgusting.It made our whole experience bad in this hotel.Paying roughly 37-40k a night with taxes is truly not worth it. Requested for another room but they said no room available but when you checked online they still have one lol..I don't know.. - Room also looks old. - No pool for kids too. - Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too 😆😆
