+: Beautiful hotel accross a picturesque beach. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. The staff are super lovely and attentive. The food is beyond delicious. Was able to try traditional Sri Lankan cuisine. Overall the best hotel in Sri Lanka. Totally recommended. I would rate it 2010.

+: Hotel is very well situated in terms if stunning views (beach, sunset). Only 17 rooms so quote exclusive and recently renovated so everything is in very good condition. Very good room amenities and comfortable bedding. Dinner & Breakfast was very good with varied choice.

-: Rooms are very nice though bathrooms are rather small in comparison. Also missing a luggage rack which would be convenient. No gym facilities and not possible to swim in front of hotel.
