+: The staff and their hospitality, Ajith and Pubudu have been exceptionally supportive. The view from the room is breathtaking, a waterfall can be seen from the room and also the Kotmale reservoir from far. A great morning experience as you wake up and walk to the balcony, misty mountains are stunning. Nice comfy beds as well.

-: The hotel needs an uplift, specially the room window glasses need a cleaning to give the best viewing experience to the guests
