+: The river view was great. Our room had a balcony.Beds were comfortable. Easy access to hire a tuk tuk. Driver accommodation was available.

-: The noise from a wedding party the night of arrival. Laundry charges were very high so chose an outside laundry facility.

+: I stayed at Oak Ray Regency hotel for three nights and I was very impressed by the quality of service and facilities. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, with nice interior decor and amenities. The hotel had ample carpark space and a good restaurant that served excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, I would recommend Oak Ray Regency hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay in Kandy.

-: The only drawback of the hotel was the distance from the city centre, which made it inconvenient to access some attractions and shops. However, this also meant that the hotel was away from the hustle and noise of the city centre, which was good for relaxation and peace.
