+: Dobrá lokalita hneď pri pláži

-: V izbe nefunkčná klíma , bol tam smrad , zasmradeli nám všetky veci čo sme mali so sebou kvôli tomu že sa zle izba vetrala a nebola klíma a bolo tam strašne vlhko , po pol noci nešla voda v sprche , za posteľou pavučiny prach ,stolička von priateľ si sadol a hneď praskla . Mala som rezerváciu na 50€ na tri noci hneď ako nám ukázali izbu chceli po mne nie 50€ ale 147€ v prepočte . Až keď recepčný volal niekomu tak mu povedali že áno mám platit iba 50€ . Na pláži dve lehátka ktoré sa nedali premiestniť do tieňa . A o pláž sa nik nestaral čiže to čo napravilo to tam aj ostalo (napríklad mŕtvy varan) ak by sme nemali žalúdočné problemi kvoli otrave jedlom tak meníme ubytovanie hneď . Von bolo chladnejšie ako dnu a to je čo povedať keďže sme na srilanke , klíma ktorá ukazovala stupne ale nefungovala tak ukazovala 38 pre predstavu . Ale pán ktorý sa o nás staral bol milí .

+: Upon our deep displeasure on rooms provided the staff arranged one deluxe triple room with an extra bed for all 4 of us. That room was ok.

-: The standard room was musty smelling very small with only a bed and a small bathroom . Delux room was better in size but was Also had a strong musty smell. The view from rooms is an unkempt garden area not pleasant to look at. Sea cannot be seen from the property. We asked for cancellation but they asked 50% cancellation fee..WiFi useless.

+: It's less than 2 minutes to the huge , calm and relaxing beach.

-: We booked a standard double room. The AC didn't work properly and it was so noisy. The staff tried to fixed it but they couldn't do it. They gave us another standard room which was a very small room and we were not satisfied with that room at all. Then we paid for a deluxe room which was more comfortable and everything was fine in that room.
