+: Great resort with courteous staff. Good amenities.

+: The stay at the resort has been a true escape from reality. The hospitality was beyond our expectations and the support was impeccable. Me and my friend had an minor accident during our stay and the staff made sure we stayed safe all the time and provided with extra support and assistance. Highly recommend.

+: Firstly, the staff were incredible! We were delighted to be upgraded to a deluxe room as we were celebrating my wife's birthday. The room was wonderful, clean, modern and had a great jacuzzi which were fully took advantage of. The hotel in all and the rooms were very clean, and the interior design was thoughtful and detailed. This is a property we will surely visit again, and I recommend everyone to try it out. Thank you Pandanus and your amazing staff ❤️🙏

-: The dinner buffet was slightly overpriced for what you got, but the food was quality, fresh and tasty, just not a huge selection or international items like Italian or sushi, but that is expected as it is off season and the hotel wasn't max occupancy.

+: Room size is amazing; bed, pillow, and bedding are high quality; relatively complete facilities albeit a bit old run-down

-: All the facilities open fairly later and close fairly early too, they operate only from 7-7; Breakfast even only starts at 7:30, which is fairly late, and they are not even ready at 7:30;Staffs (except for the pool, pool bar, housekeeping, and main bar) are also a bit slow and irresponsive. Still don't get why the receptionist team asked to settle my folio the day before I check out when in fact I didn't have that many orders folio to begin with and I was only 1 day from my checkout time.

+: nice room with jacuzzi and sea view

-: lights in the bathroom weren’t working and despite reported it nobody came to fix it. Very good massage technician but the place nedded some retouches to make it more relaxing

+: Una habitació molt luxosa, piscina llarga per nedar, tenia gimnàs, bon esmorzar.

-: La part d'Spa la vaig trobar cara. Tot i platja privada, és petitona, poc espai de sorra (però com a la resta d'Sri Lanka).
