+: Nothing- except this hotel let us use the dining and beach facilities at another nearby hotel they own.

-: We booked 3 villas for two nights (a party of 9+ driver) during our stay in sri lanka in July 2023 (cancelled one night after the first day) The hotel is not functioning properly. Nothing like shown in the pictures. The manager is handling two properties the same time. No phones room services. You have to ring the manager's mobile phone to ask for anything and takes forever to get something you want. Our rooms were not ready- we had to wait for almost 2 12 hrs till we got something ready. The meals were in a different hotel- we had to travel using personal transport for about 5 min to get there. That again, same meals every day- no variety and dry food. Rooms: One room full of smoke smell. They couldn't do anything about it. Bathrooms- showers are broken. Full of spiders and bugs. The billing was terrible and charged a 5 star hotel price. The manager avoided seeing us when we were checking out. The check out itself took another 1 12+ hrs. TERRIBLE... DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS HOTEL. NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY. NOT AT ALL....

+: Wir waren aufgrund eines Problems mit unserem eigentlichen Hotel ausgewichen auf dieses. Leider ist das Hotel sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Pool, sowie die Zimmer. Da sie die schlechten Zimmer eig. nicht vergeben wollten aber für uns eine Ausnahme gemacht haben muss ich ihnen doch dafür sehr danken also Personal ist top und sie arbeiten wohl auch daran das Hotel zu erneuern. Die Lage ist top direkt am Strand

-: Wir haben zwar einen reduzierten Preis gezahlt wegen des Zustands des Zimmers allerdings finde ich 80€ für Sri Lanka dann doch etwas heftig für den Zustand des Zimmers.

-: Hotel complex kind of neglected. Bathroom had no window to open, nor AC... Sauna feeling.Mosquitoes everywhere in the room, no mosquito net, stains on the linen, toilet paper soaked up with old dried water, shower pressure weird, you needed to think the head of the shower would explode, the water splashed everywhere but on you.I think the last time someone cleaned or looked into the room was at the last hight season.We were personally asked what time we wanted breakfast, next day there was no one around for half hr after breakfast time.

+: La chambre La piscine

-: Nous avons été déçus de notre séjour. Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h. L’hôtel semblait fermé. Nous avons dû attendre l’arrivée du personnel car visiblement ils n’avaient pas eu l’information de notre réservation. La chambre était bien, la piscine très bien mais l’hôtel était tout simplement vide. Deux chambres sur plus de 40 étaient occupées. Il n’y avait donc pas d’entretien, de service de petit déjeuner et restauration, pas de transats ou autre. La plage en face n’est pas super pour se baigner il y a des corails et des rochers il faut aller un peu plus loin plutôt du côté de la plage publique pour pouvoir apprécier se baigner. Par ailleurs nous n’avons pas apprécié que le taux de conversion de la monnaie ne soit pas respecté. Ils ne savent à priori pas la différence entre un taux d’achat et de vente ! Et ils ont voulu nous facturer un supplément pour notre fille par nuit. Ils ont justifié qu’ils nous avaient surclassé alors que pas du tout la chambre correspondait à notre réservation deux lits doubles deux adultes un enfant ! Et quand bien même du jamais vu s’ils décident de surclasser c’est sans frais d’autant plus dans un hôtel vide ! Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre

-: El hotel estaba como abandonado, no habia nadie y era peligroso andar por la zona. Sin WiFi, sin cocineros...etc

-: We have received a message on arrival day at the hotel that they will move us onto another 3 stars property having lunch bonus. They announced that there are some repairs on the rooms, but on booking.com rooms available though. The property proposed was having rooms balcony under repairment and far away from beach and facilities. Not recommended for trips.
