+: The very late easy check-in, thanks to Nishan.

-: It was comfortable and suited our needs. It is also very conveniently located to shops.

+: Everything was perfect except the chick in.

-: Check in was bit hectic. I had a late check in due to my arrival time and was tired due to a long flight. I’ve informed them the check-in time and acknowledged the same. However Staff were not trained well to handle smooth check-in even they were attending to other inquires while taking care of current check in without excusing the current customer. That’s the only bad experience I had.

-: Staff uninformed about activities and transport options. Only ready to book us a taxi

+: Staff and hotel was in center of the city.

-: Hotel price per night is expensive.. plus they need to improve system of pre authorisation of payment because due to my work i need extended my stay 3 times and they charged my credit card 3 times which cost me extra charges for each transaction on intermittent bank . They need to also improve their account department because at the time of check it was a big challenge for asking invoices for my whole stay. Anyways Duty Manager later send me invoices via email.

+: Staff and location. I had some problem with extension of my stay so one of staff memember Miss D.Nivethitha really help me out. so keep it up

-: Location and most is staff.All staff memembers are coperative but they need to upgrade payment system interms of pre authorisation of credit card. I was extended my stay because of business and for each extended stay i have to separately which was not good because my Bank was charging me extra for each transaction. Kindly improve system
