+: The rooftop pool was very good. We were there in the quiet season so was very relaxing may be busy if fully boooked. Room was very nice. Down the alleyway next next to hotel takes you to the main road next to the railway linewaterfront.

-: It faces a busy road which is hard to get across without walking to traffic lights which may or maynot be working!

-: The room was meant to be a non smoking room but it smelt like cigarettes. The bathroom was very mouldy and needed a deep clean

+: Location, 24 hours room service

-: Air-conditioning thermostat was stuck at high temp. I was sweating in the night. Staff were unwilling to offer compensation. Internet was slow. Breakfast was expensive and lacked Sri Lankan (local) food. Room was too expensive for the value offered. Quality of hotel is declined considerably since I was there last.
