+: Uga résidence est idéalement placé, au centre de Colombo dans un quartier calme à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable et la piscine est très agréable.
-: La chambre est un peu sombre et donne sur un patio qui n'est pas équipé et ne peut pas être vraiment utilisé.

+: The hotel was amazing. I couldn’t believe how spacious the room was. Huge bathroom plus living area within in the room. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a lovely quiet street. Sadly I only stayed 1 night but I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

+: Everything was excellent, Uga residence was a beautiful quiet oasis in the heart of a bustling city. I never expected it to be so peaceful. The room was fantastic, large, very well equipped and very clean. I wanted for nothing during my stay. The staff were very well trained, looked after my needs, yet at the same time they allowed me my personal space. From the Managers to the housekeeping staff, from security to the barrestaraunt staff, it was clear to see the each and every staff member cared about the Hotel and it guests. I would recommend to anyone to stay a few nights and experience 1st class accomadation at its best. I would also recommend that other hotel managers visit to learn how a hotel should be managed.
