+: Staff is lovely and very proactive. Nice location with easy access to beach. Rooms are better than what they look in the photos. They have fun daily evening programs for adults. The pools are quite nice. Being all-inclusive is a decent option as you have access to food and drinks all day. Food at Kaori & La Frochetta are much nicer than the buffet.

-: No activities for kids under 3 years. There is a kids play area however that is only for 4+. The only thing for kids below 4 is a swimming pool which is not sufficient to keep them engaged. Splash pad for kids is nice, however needs to be covered. Food quality is average, with very few local food options. There are snacks available at the snack bar, however, they are just leftovers from the buffet. The buffet menu does not change often so every second day is the same food. There is no service at the pool so if you are in the family pool you need to walk to the pool bar to get your drinks. Two (Sauté & Ceylon) out of the four restaurants (excluding the main buffet restaurant) were not operational during our stay limiting the choice of food further.
