+: + Staff was very friendly + The hotel is very beautiful and the pool area is amazing + Location. You have to walk a bit to the Unawatuna beach and city center (something I knew beforehand) but it's right in front of the beach. So it depends on what you want, but still I believe it has a good location
-: - Breakfast. We went during low season so I think there was less variety compared with other months. However compared with other hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka, the breakfast was not the best.

+: We had quiet a spacious room with a large bathroom. But nothing else to mention.
-: The breakfast was poor, no options at all (one of us was a pescatarian and had nothing much to eat). No lift, so was a bit uncomfortable to climb 3 flight of stairs and no access to beach.

+: Très bel hôtel, vue de la chambre incroyable. Chambre très grande, eau chaude, salle de bain agréable. Locker, thé, eau, et même un petit salon!Le petit déjeuner est bon et suffisant !
-: Il y avait des cheveux dans la douche… mais rien de grave. De plus, certains clients fument dans les parties communes, donc ça sent la cigarette dans les couloirs etou dans le restaurant (pas envie de sentir la cigarette à 7h30 lorsque je mange mon petit déjeuner :) )

+: This place is indeed a 3 star hotel. It was only a great experience from the start. The staff was very attentive and professional. Especially Ranga tried his best always to made our stay cozier and easier. The pool is well maintained. The rooms are amazing and the furnished with high end furnitures. We had a seaview room with a balcony where you can sit in the morning with your morning coffee. We also had a great breakfast from them. Our personal experience was 1010 here.

+: Room had an amazing view of the sea and a terrific breeze making it the perfect place to chill out with friends. Location is conviniently located next to happening places. Hotel is very clean and very friendly staff. Reccomend to everyone
