+: Spacious, elegant building. Traditional furniture.

-: Poorly trained staff. The receptionist informed us dinner was not being served due to rennivations. It turned dinner was available. In general, they employ pleasant people but lacking initiative. Poor English language skills.

+: Food is ok. Service sweet

-: Room not clean. Bathroom smelly. Ac not working well. Towels not exchanged even visibly dirty. Spa inexcusable. Not even a clean sheet on massage table. Very disappointed. It needs serious upgrading. I was there in 1992 and 1994. It had charm then. It still has charm but just falling apart. Lift not working .etc etc..
