+: The location was good since it's just about an hour from Colombo and closer to the main Puttalam - Colombo Road

-: Staff's were not friendly and accomodative. Probably they are stressed with the guests arriving back to back during long weekends. Restuarant in the buffet area was very hot and humid with flies and cats roaming around the buffet spread. P

+: Location is good, seems management is not very keen on attracting visitors. Very less facilities. Restaurant is very weak. Room rate is so expensive

-: The food was mostly Western. There was hardly any Sri Lankan food. Service was ok. Didn’t like the way the dogs were treated by the security guards. They were cruel. Rooms need updating.

+: Room was big with good facilities, although I had to ask for extra cups, towels and a safe. I booked a suite so did expect better.

-: The suite comes with an outside whirlpool, but given that it takes an hour to fill it’s hardly usable. Doors don’t fit well on the outside and the aircon is loud and not strong enough for the size of room. Food in the restaurant is very poor for the price and hotel rating.
