+: rooms were very good

-: breakfast area was too crowded and choice of breakfast was monotonous

+: Excellent hospitality, locality. Taj is the king of making customers feel special.

-: Not really child friendly. A little refurbishment would do the hotel wonders.

+: The location right next to Indian Ocean is exotic. Amazing views from the club room and equally beautiful gardens.

+: Excellent location - the external areas of garden and undercover areas- ambiance of lobby area - excellent undercover valet parking arras..

-: The air extractions in the bath room..pool area is really worn out and tatty..some staff at the dining areas could not understand much English..NO Vegemite or Marmite for my toasts and I was not happy about this

+: Food was Awesome

-: I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, there were several issues that I encountered: The balcony in the room was rusted and not clean. The seats in the balcony were in poor condition. Room service was slow, and I had to call multiple times to get assistance. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests

+: Basic 5 star

-: Not a beach property as it is made out to be.one has to cross a very busy highway ( 2 parts -up down traffic to get to the beach)
