-: There was no beach in the hotel premises as I expected. The only beach area could be accessible via a gate beside the property, and there were two guards. However, once I went there, I did not feel safe as it was outside the hotel premises.

-: Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful, I had a disappointing experience with the male receptionist at the front desk. His hostile tone and apparent lack of concern for the guests were quite disheartening. It felt as though he was more focused on completing his tasks quickly rather than ensuring guests felt welcomed and valued. The hotel needs some maintenance, most of the rooms seem old.

-: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is quite old and many areas are under renovation. The view from the hotel is average at best. The condition of the bathroom was terrible, with lots of ants and it felt like bugs were crawling on me at night. The air conditioning is a window unit, which was very noisy.When I checked out, I accidentally left my facial cleanser in the bathroom. I called the hotel to ask them to find it for me, and I had to explain the situation three times to three different people, yet they still didn't understand the problem. In the end, I had to ask a friend who was staying at the hotel to communicate with them, but they still couldn't find it. I don't know if an employee took it or if it was thrown away. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
