+: Este hotel se ha ganado mi corazón. Desde la bienvenida hasta la salida el servicio ha sido extraordinario. El personal es súper amable y atento en cada momento. Es realmente como tener tu propia villa de playa. Es bastante exclusivo y tenía la playa para mi sola la mayoría del tiempo. Genial también que se puede usar las instalaciones de los otros hoteles de la misma cadena que están justo al lado. El restaurante principal también está en otro restaurante pero te llevan la comida al Beach House si quieres. Un día había un malentendido con el pescado que había pedido. El Manager se encargó personalmente de conseguir el pescado correcto todavía para la cena. Son súper flexibles y prestan un servicio personalizado. La ubicación es buenísima, estás muy cerca de Mirissa pero lo suficiente lejos para unos días en paz. He ido a Mirissa una vez y estaba tan feliz poder volver a la tranquilidad y belleza del Beach House luego.

-: Las habitaciones tienen encanto pero son algo antiguas y podrían necesitar una renovación. No funcionaba la nevera cuando llegué pero me trajeron otra. El precio me parece muy elevado pero al final del día valió cada centavo! Gracias a todo el equipo por una estancia extraordinaria!

+: It was perfect right on the beach in Marissa. The staff was attentive and frankly wonderful. I went for my birthday on a solo trip and they made all the arrangements for me. They help me go while watching they release baby turtles into the ocean. I had a special birthday dinner. They put They brought me a birthday cake and left me a gift in my room. It was just perfect.

-: There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property. I had my own guesthouse. I had my uncle Kuna the pool was perfect. The food was excellent as I literally have nothing bad to report.

+: Tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit schönem Ausblick auf dem Zimmer. Super Service und hervorragendes Reinigungspersonal.

-: Man muss nur wissen dass man direkt vor der Unterkunft nicht im Meer baden kann aber einige Meter weiter schon.

+: Beautiful hotel. So luxurious. Perfect if you are after a quiet,peaceful few days away as there are few people around and you have the beach to yourself. Beachfront and a lovely pool. Breakfast was also good. We stayed for our honeymoon and they had petals on the bed, a nice touch. Staff were very nice.

-: It's a bit of a distance from the centre but easy to get in by tuk tuk.
