+: Reception staff (especially Kinchanna) and pool manager were helpful and understanding. Location was perfect and hotel was clean.

-: Other staff were not knowledgeable and unhelpful. F&B staff and operators were of little use and regularly provided incorrect information.Was verbally and almost physically attacked by some random dude on the hotel beach and the hotel staff just looked on, security guard on duty just stood there with a smile, absolutely useless!Waitress wouldn't let me order seafood stating that I didn't have "a meal plan" despite telling her that I wanted a la carte menu and will pay directly and basically kicked me out and sent me to the coffee shop. Shame the hotel missed out on a big bill.
