-: Not having access to the lift only from ground floorlobby is an issue when travelling with peeps who are having issues with stair cases.

+: Breakfast was not very good. Not many options and was not tasty
-: The room I was given was a twin bed but I had booked a double bed. And the staff were not very willing to help. They had mixed up my booking with another persons and they didn’t even apologise. Also the place wasn’t as nice as photos show.

+: The staff are friendly and helpful. They accommodated a room change for us and organised our laundry quickly.
-: In our original room, the shower and toilet had glass doors and opened directly into the room, the washbasin was in the room. The glass doors were filthy and the shower in dire need of cleaning and maintenance. Water comes out in hot and cold blasts. We had to ask for toilet roll as only a small amount was provided. There were many faults in our room, in particular the air con didn't work, and we were transferred to a "better" room with a proper bathroom, and the safe didn't work in here either. There is no bar at the hotel, there is a restaurant which provides a set dinner menu only. The lift only operates only from the first floor upwards. Breakfast was very disappointing. The place, we were informed, has not been updated for 25 years, and it really shows, it looks mouldy on the outside. It's a long way from the centre.
