A quiet, elegant boutique hotel located in the resort town of Balapitiya, 82 km south of Colombo. Beautiful beach framed by small granite rocks. The noise of the ocean surf creates a wonderful addition to the calm atmosphere of the hotel.

In the hotel: a small restaurant, where each client will be surrounded by special attention, a pool bar overlooking the ocean, a swimming pool. In a 2-storey villa there are only 10 rooms with terraces or balconies overlooking the ocean.
