+: Nice beachfront hotel located away from busy town, perfect for a clam beach vacation,And this place has large pool with a garden area and easy access to the beach, Our stay at this place was perfect despite the bad room conditions
-: We stayed in a family room and it was a bit old, AC didn’t work properly the bathroom lock was broken, and poorly maintainedOnly tea, bread, jam, and butter for the free breakfast

-: Il problema è la pulizia soprattutto della cucina ad uso comune.Avevamo la colazione inclusa ma lo " chef " non arriva prima delle nove.Dobbiamo ringraziare il ragazzo del turno notturno che è sempre stato disponibile e si è proposto di prepararci qualcosa la mattina.A prezzi minori si trovano guest House molto meglio gestite e pulite.

-: El jefe intentó cobrarme de más. Primero precio con tasas más tasas. Al indicarles que no era así, me dijo que ok pero 10% de servicio a parte. Lo verifique y era cierto. Pero él intentaba aumentar tasas y el 10%. Al mirar el cambio de moneda me aplicaba uno más caro. Le indique que no, que el oficial era otro y aceptó. Más tarde no entendí lo que me decía, pero me pedía más dinero por un error... Le dije que no iba a pagar más. Otro cliente inglés me dijo que a él también había intentado cobrarle de más. El desayuno el más flojo de Sri lanka

+: View and the beach were excellent , staff were super friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was new and there were nobody when we using it.
-: Room for was bit tiny but still clean and manageable. Cant ask more for this price. Mini fridge and Ac was there .
