-: Unseriöses Hotel- bei check-in hat man eine Liste präsentiert, die das gebuchte Zimmer superior plus (65 qm) als Zimmer mit (36 qm) also eine Stufe geringer auswies. Man hat uns auch erst ein entsprechendes Zimmer zugewiesen, das nur die 36 qm aufwies und in dem die Klimaanlage undicht war, der Kleiderschrank vollkommen schimmelig und müffig war. Ein Betrugsversuch, der nur durch die Internetseite von Booking, die gezeigt wurde, unterbunden wurde und erst nach lautstarker Beschwerde verändert wurde. Essen war von schlechter Qualität (zähes Fleisch, viel KnochenSehnen, teilweise nicht schneidbar), teilweise nicht genießbar und geringe Auswahl.. Essensreste auf dem Boden, verdreckte Stühle und verdreckte Tische im Restaurant, keine Kräfte (3 Kellner und 6 bis 7 Trainees für ca. 200 Personen) zum Säubern. Mangelnde Hygiene, verdreckte Tassen, Besteck und benutze Servietten.. Reines Durchgangshotel mit täglichen ca. 100 bis 150 Chinesen, die morgens gegen 6.00 Uhr lautstark zum Frühstück gingen oder abreisten. Kein Urlaubshotel. Keine Wassergläser im Bad, nur Duschtücher, keine kleinen Handtücher. Am Wochenende mit örtlichen Gästen vollkommen überlastet, mit viel Lärm und unzureichenden Sitzplätzen. Geruch von Restaurant und Küche auf Balkon, der dadurch nur begrenzt nutzbar war. Defektes Türschloss wurde erst nach mehrfachen Beschwerden und massiver Verärgerung repariert. Beim Duschen wurde der BadToiletten Bereich überschwemmt, da Abdichtung der Dusche schadhaft war.

+: Good location, direct access to the beach. Good size room clean and comfortable. Very nice spa facility. Good selection of food at the dinner and breakfast. Stayed for one night only but to me first impression does count!

-: Staff were not friendly, they were very busy it seems perhaps lack of staff to cater for the amount of guest arriving at that time. Staff did not inform us of any of the hotel facilities, we had to either ask or find ourselves. It seems hotel staff treatment is better towards the foreign guests rather than local guests. Poor lighting in the corridors. We had to wait a long time at the front of the hotel, there were no notice to inform that the actual hotel reception is inside the hotel once you walk few yards in. Couple of hours into our stay we got locked out of our room as they had checked us out by mistake. Extremely high price for the snacks. Expected higher standards for the price paid.
