+: Ubicación, el personal es muy amable y dispuestos ayudar en lo que sea.

-: No es un hotel, es un hostal o un homestay. El diseño es bonito pero está viejito, le falta bastante mantenimiento. En tres días no hubo cambio de sábanas ni limpieza de habitación.

+: Hier das Positive. Die Wohnung ist sauber und die groß. Das Personal war zu Beginn hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es sind 4 Brüder, die die Wohnungen vermieten. Sehr angenehm war der eine Bruder, der uns mit seinem tuk tuk herumgefahren hat. Der Tages Ausflug war super. Schildkrötenrettungstation ist zu empfehlen, die Lagunen fahrt mit dem Boot auch. Weniger toll ist der Kräuterhaus besuch. Das ist eher eine Verkaufsförderung.Schön ist auch die Nähe zur zum Strand, ca 1 Minute zu Fuß.

-: Jetzt zum negativen. Das Haus hat keinen direkten Strand zugang, weshalb man immer für Liegen zahlen muß. Die Preise generell sind aktuell auf sri lanka sehr hoch. Unser Budget war schneller weg als geplant. Im Hotel gibt es leider immer dasselbe Frühstück, nach 2 Tagen konnten wir es nicht mehr sehen. Die Qualität war auf mittlerem Niveau. Das schlimmste war allerdings, daß wir im Urlaub einen Tag zu früh weiter gereist sind, ohne dass wir auf das Malheur hingewiesen wurden. Die Kommunikation um eine Anpassung der Abreise zeit war sehr sehr schlecht. Mehrmaliges Anfragen von uns ohne Antwort. Zum Glück hat booking sich drum gekümmert. Fazit, für zwei Nächte ok, wenn man keine Probleme mit dem Hotelier hat. Ganz mies, wenn man Hilfe benötigt.

-: This is not a Beach hotel, only near to the beach... It's not a 5* hotel...only 3*. There is no beach towel, no sun beds. The breakfast is a continental breakfast... If you want to pay by card...it's 3% extra cost...
