+: Hotel was located in very green area, with palms, surrounded by nature, 200m from the beach Very tasty breakfast ( fruits, coffee, tea, fresh juice, all kinds of eggs, bread, sweets, marmalade, Sri Lankan breakfast option as well) was served next to the garden, in very relaxing, calm area. Rooms were clean, always with warm water, modest but nicely decorated. Staff was super friendly, helpful, smiled, always supportive. We highly recommend the hotel.

+: Hôtel très soigné et au calme dans un beau jardin juste en retrait de la rue touristique (boutiques et restaurants) et de la plage.Élégance un brin coloniale avec de très beaux coins canapés en terrasse un peu partout. Les chambres sont spacieuses, parfaitement équipées et les lits très confortables. Mise à disposition de linges pour aller à la plage et possibilité d'avoir le petit déjeuner en sandwich lors de départs très matinaux.

+: Good room & bed was comfy. The location was perfect as it was right by the beach & just a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast was nice & the staff were friendly.
-: We weren't the biggest fans of Unawatuna as we found the type of tourists it brought spoiled the area. Some of the locals spoke to us about how the area had become worse for beach pollution. Go head to Mirissa if you want a nice beach & good vibes!

+: Very nice and quiet hotel, close to the beach. The location is perfect. The staff is great. Very good breakfast and dinner. Our room was clean, wide and so comfortable. The beds are big and very comfortable. The hotel is very quiet during the night, we slept really well.
