+: Das Personal im Restaurant war wirklich sehr nett.

-: Rezeption völlig unflexibel. In der Buchungsbestätigung stand, dass man für 15 $ das Frühstück pauschal dazu buchen kann. In der Unterkunft erklärte man uns jedoch, dass dies nicht möglich sei und wir ala Carte bestellen musst. Das war dann dreifach teurer. Auch sonst war die Rezeption sehr langsam. Im großen Ganzen kann man das Hotel nur für junge party würdige Kunden empfehlen. So auch das Management, was sich als Beach Club wohl mehr versteht. Für mich einen Grund, nie wieder dorthin zu gehen.

+: Very well located next to Kai beach club and the Marriott, the rooms are well decorated. The music wasn’t too load for us and the kids actually enjoyed the party vibes playing pool table and swimming in the sea.

+: Alles super! Cooles Zimmer, mega gute Ausstattung, WLAN top, Essen top, Lage & Aussicht mega gut! Immer wieder gern!

+: The location is great, just in front of the beach with perfect waves coming in all day long. Only you have to do is to lift your head from your pillow and the check the conditions. The staff is as everywhere in Sri Lanka super nice. But I think hotel management is only about making money. So bad food, loud music and awfull choice of sunbeds and chairs. But the location is really great therefore we booked this hotel. A bonus is the SPA, really, really great!

-: The location is best located for great surf every day and also promotes surfing...but then there is really nothing which has anything to do with surfing. You can not dry your clothes, you need to walk with surfgear next to the reception every day (very bad designed). Really the hotel itself has nothing to do with surfing, only the location is great. No surfvibe at all..... The room we had, had a great bathroom and perfect bed. But the there was awfull music all day long (the music was actually good choice of the DJ, but the bass was wayyyyy to heavy (you could not talk outside or read a book) and it is not a party place, it is a hotel with high prices for Sri Lanka. It is a super nice hotel in front of the beach. But why hire a DJ when there is no crowd to listen too, till 23PM every day! We left earlier because of the music. So it is def not a family place unfortunateley. The food was also very far from great so we went to Nomads for breakfast aka lunch or to Cava of to A42 restaurant, or to Villa Hillcrest to have dinner. The sundecks are black with red, awfull choice and very, very cheap plastic....nothing classy at all.

+: Great boutique hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Nice location on the beach.

-: I think the property could invest in some newer sun loungers and more of them dotted around the garden.

-: "The most noisy place I have ever stayed in, and on top of that, on the third day, they had a huge festival with a market, hundreds of people, loud music, and we were asked not to use the pool. When we checked out I sow they are getting ready for another party, that will start in the evening

+: The hotel is beautiful. From room, to pool, to grounds, and the beach everything was great! Staff was welcoming and worked to make sure my stay was excellent. Had a check out in the middle of the night and they offered to pack me a to go breakfast without me asking.

+: Location, food, bar, pool and the pool table. Loved the fact that the surf school was right behind the property. Surfing, chilling, eating, using pool and bar area was seamless. Live music was great. Waiter (Dhanuska), Bar Tender (Kasun), and Pizza Chef (Udar) were all great, providing great service.

-: This is the first hotel with no room slippers! This came as a surprise! Take away breakfast for whale watching was awful.

+: מיקום מעולה על הרחוב הראשי, צוות מדהים שעוזר בכל דבר.המלון עצמו נקי עם חדרים מרווחים , בריכה נקייה עם איש צוות בבריכה שזמין לכל דבר ובנוסף מסעדה שעובדת כל היום עם ארוחות בוקר מפנקות ואוכל מעולה.מאוד ממליצה על המלון, חד משמעית הכי טוב בסרילנקה
