+: We booked this months in advance, and when we arrived the hotel was under construction . We didn’t have any message from the hotel to say it would be closed and we obviously didn’t have other accomodation booked.

-: Das meine Gäste nach ihrer Rundreise durch Sri Lanka ohne Unterkunft dastanden, da trotz bestätigter Buchung von Booking.com die Unterkunft wegen Bauarbeiten seit Monaten und wohl noch bis November geschlossen hat.

-: Booking tai itse hotelli ei ilmoittanut, että hotelli on suljettu remontin takia. Varasimme toisen hotellin, joka oli kolme kertaa tätä kalliimpi.
