+: Its on the main road and have bus stop in front of the property. Very clean. Shower is just amazing. As the fan wasnt working in our room due to loose connection we were given AC remote at no extra cost.

-: As its closer to the beach the room becomes very hot and if you book through booking.com there is no AC included. We need to pay 2000 extra if we want AC which is alot. AC doesnt really cool the room as it only works as a fan.
