+: Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже не первый раз. Месторасположение, соотношение цены и качества…. Устраивает все! Приятный, внимательный, персонал, чистый, симпатичный, комфортный номер.

+: Красивый отель с замечательными завтраками, удобно расположен между старым городом и рынком. -: Бронировали номера для семей с 1 и 2 детьми, по итогу на 3 детей была всего 1 дополнительная кровать, еще за 2 нужно было доплачивать. Справедливости ради упомяну, что кровать для взрослых была огромная и втроем на ней было не очень тесно, но это с детьми младшего возраста. Плюс лифт только по карточкам, что в путешествии с детьми тоже дополнительное неудобство. Парковка платная (20 евро в сутки) и места на ней мало.

+: Очень красивый, современный чистый отель. Превосходные завтраки. Удобное расположение в центре . Рядом рынок и железнордорожный вокзал. -: Знакомство с отелем произошло за 4 дня до приезда в 8.30 утра. Раздался звонок и человек без вопросов удобно ли мне говорить, на каком языке я говорю, откуда он звонит. Начал говорить по английски , спросонья все что я услышала - экстра бэд. Я положила трубку , подумав, что это очередные мошенники звонят. Потом до меня дошло, что это видимо из отеля. Написала им письмо с жалобой о некорректном поведении персонала. И что это не тот вопрос , который должен решаться в 8.30 утра звонком. Неужели это нельчзя решить сообщением или при регистрации. Мне ответили, что переговорили с работником. И извинялись в письме.Я первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь за большой опыт поездок.При заезде оказалось, что обещанная на сайте парковка - это 10 мест перед отелем и 5 мест в подземной. Стоит это 20 евро. Но исходя их вместимости отеля, все занято. Учитывайте этот момент. Нам повезло и Read more

+: Местоположение отеля замечательное . Между основной инфраструктурой города и старой Ригой . Номера чистые . Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак . Отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен. -: Номер достался с достаточно крутой лестницей внутри номера , что создало некоторые неудобства . Часть персонала на завтраке шушукалась обсуждая гостей .

+: Огромное спасибо ещё раз за то что нас приняли. Даже заезжая в отель в 00.30 персонал был очень приветливый и тактичный. Мы остаёмся в отеле не первый раз и всегда очень довольны обслуживанием .Завтрак изумительный, вкусный и разнообразный. Нам позволили оставить наш багаж в день отъезда на 5 часов в комнате хранения. Огромное спасибо вам за вашу работу и обслуживание.Мы всегда будем возвращаться именно в этот отель на отдых в Риге. -: Все отлично ❤

+: Пользуемся отелем в каждый приезд в Ригу уже много лет.С первых минут встречи с персоналом отеля чувствуешь внимание и заботу ко всем гостям.Номер получили,как и просили,с видом на Старый город.Приятной неожиданностью был апгрейд.Номер шикарный,уборка качественная, спасибо!Удивила быстрая,слаженная и качественная работа персонала ресторана во время завтрака.Утром посетителей было много,но столы убирались быстро,обработка антисептиками обязательная после каждого гостя- высшая оценка персоналу ресторана!AVALON- Вы лучшие! -: Ничего негативного не отмечено.

+: Отель новый, красивый. Очень чисто, уютно, комфортно. Персонал отзывчивый, добрый, все улыбаются.Местоположение отличное. Рядом центральный рынок, центральный автовокзал, железнодорожный вокзал, остановки любого транспорта. Завтраки превосходные,разнообразные.Всё ооооочень вкусно. Обязательно вернёмся сюда. -: В этом отеле нет недостатков.
